Sometimes a piece is not quite the right fit, and that is completely fine. At Bapole we want you to shop with full confidence, so here is exactly how returns and refunds work.
Our return window
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. That gives you plenty of time to make sure everything is right.
Condition of returned items
To be accepted, items should be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
No restocking fees
There are no restocking fees, ever. What you paid is what comes back to you, in line with this policy.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method so you can follow your parcel on its way back to us.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different size or style instead? Exchanges are available on request, so just mention it when you reach out.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been inspected, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time before it appears.
